Very quick and quality service. The guys did an awesome job and took their time with my car. I did two fronts and was out in 30 minutes. Clean and organized shop.

I did some shopping around before I decided on which shop to go with to tint my car. I’m glad I went with Black Optix in Springfield! They were helpful, friendly, and professional. I had some bubbling on the original installation but their customer service was wonderful and they redid those windows for me. They worked with me and my busy work schedule and got it all done so quickly. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely return with any other car I need tinted.
Very good communication. The price was very good for a full wrap. They did an amazing job with wrap as well and they sent updates throughout the whole process. Whenever I notice something I wanted changed they did it and resent updates to ask if it was good. Overall for the price I would recommend.
What can be said that hasn’t already been said?It’s hard to summarize my experience with BlackOptix Springfield in a limited amount of space but, I’ll try.First let me say that my overall experience was amazing. I mean everything from my initial consultation with Carlos, my surprise pop-up and comical interaction with Layla(the weekend before my appointment), as well as their quality workmanship, my experience was just perfect.They took the time to explain the process. Their patience and professionalism was always on display. Any question (and I do mean ANY question) that I may have had was addressed with great detail.During the process, they remained in constant communication with me via text and/or direct phone calls. Oh, and they even sent pictures as they worked on my vehicle.I did a lot of research prior to making the decision to go with Black Optix in Springfield and I’m happy with my decision. Black Optix offers a wide variety of tint options and often give you a great deal! The process was about 3 hours for tint application and I’m very happy with the results. Can’t wait for it all to fully cure but I could absolutely tell the difference in temperature and sun resistance on my drive home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this business for your tinting and car wrap needs, they’re very good.

I went to Black Optix Tint to get my front windows treated with 35% tint, the package I chose blocks out the most UV rays. I immediately felt the difference the next day.
