I dont know how i paid $998 and still had the worst quality and the worst experience, i made an appointment but still waited 4 hours, they scratched my window with a blade, i saw them do it and cut it on the outside of the driverside window and they wont admit it cause the use a machine apparently, gaslit too, they broke a plastic piece in my trunk, they killed my battery despite asking them to turn off my car. They had a ton of debris between the tint and the window and their best comeback is we cant make it perfect, i dont want perfect, i want what $998 get me!I asked them to fix the windshield cause there was way too much debris and after arguing with the guy they agreed to replace it and still messed it up, not without leaving the inside of my car a total mess, totally trashed. So, if u ask nicely they will begrudgingly fix things and still blame you.

Feel free to give me a call or shoot me a text at anytime, thank you.Window tint installation process, just to explain why you saw what you did:To ensure a clean and long-lasting installation, we begin by thoroughly cleaning the inside of the glass, often using a razor blade to remove any dirt, old adhesive, or residue. This is a common industry method and is always done with care on the inside only, where the tint is applied. We only use stainless steel blades which do not sratch your windows.For cutting the film, we use a computerized plotter system, not hand-cutting on the vehicle. The plotter precisely cuts each piece of film based on your vehicle’s make and model, helping us avoid any risk of damaging glass or trim.You may have seen us laying the film on the outside of the window — this is where we heat-shrink the film to match the curvature of the glass. It’s a standard part of the process for a clean, bubble-free fit. After shrinking, the film is then installed on the inside of the glass, where it properly adheres and protects.Please get back to us so we can make things right. Great price with additional 5% military discount. Tec came out and let me know of a blemish in my rear window that was so small I probably wouldn’t have noticed. BLACK OPTIX TINT is 5-STARS
