Extremely fast, dropped off at 11AM & they were done by 1PM. Great work done by the guys and they were through about explaining the types of tint packages available. Definitely check them out!

I did some shopping around before I decided on which shop to go with to tint my car. I’m glad I went with Black Optix in Springfield! They were helpful, friendly, and professional. I had some bubbling on the original installation but their customer service was wonderful and they redid those windows for me. They worked with me and my busy work schedule and got it all done so quickly. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely return with any other car I need tinted.

Very good communication. The price was very good for a full wrap. They did an amazing job with wrap as well and they sent updates throughout the whole process. Whenever I notice something I wanted changed they did it and resent updates to ask if it was good. Overall for the price I would recommend.

What can be said that hasn’t already been said?It’s hard to summarize my experience with BlackOptix Springfield in a limited amount of space but, I’ll try.First let me say that my overall experience was amazing. I mean everything from my initial consultation with Carlos, my surprise pop-up and comical interaction with Layla(the weekend before my appointment), as well as their quality workmanship, my experience was just perfect.They took the time to explain the process. Their patience and professionalism was always on display. Any question (and I do mean ANY question) that I may have had was addressed with great detail.During the process, they remained in constant communication with me via text and/or direct phone calls. Oh, and they even sent pictures as they worked on my vehicle.I did a lot of research prior to making the decision to go with Black Optix in Springfield and I’m happy with my decision. I scheduled an appointment for the; Deluxe Paint Protection, the Ceramic Coating Plus Package and for the Optix Extreme IR.Prior to the appointment I was told that “your car is going to look better than it did when it came off the lot”And they were RIGHT!Look, I could go on and on but trust me, the team at Black Optix Springfield have got the quality workmanship, outstanding customer service thing, on lock!Best decision ever and if you’re in the market to address anything dealing with your aftermarket needs, give them a call.You can definitely see that they are committed to providing excellent service.Thanks again to the entire team at BlackOptix Springfield!
